What do you think? Should we make this our new slogan?

It's unofficially started but remember, some leaders remain there because they feel stuck with no where to go. They confessed "we're just playing the game until something else comes along". What does that tell you?

Make it a slogan, perhaps, but do not make the mistake of believing it. Bitching and complaining have been integral to every revolution in history. Once the bitching stops, your chance for a good resolution is in serious trouble.

Make your opinion known and enjoy the forced job hunt after you're fired... don't laugh they've already fired a few.

"Revolution" doesn't have to mean the violent overthrow of a government....check out wikipedia:
"A revolution (from Late Latin revolutio which means "a turn around")is a significant change that usually occurs in a relatively short period of time."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolution

That's really all we are asking for, is it not?

I'm new to this blog, but not to DRMC. Are any of the writers from the ER? It would be interesting to compare all revelant stats (pt. satisfaction, et.) from a few months prior to LP and currently.

Hmmm....I wonder what could be accomplished if Ruth McDaniel were named CEO of DRMC? From what I hear, she actually "gets it".

In response to the above...she is devisive and can not be trusted. I find her arrogant and two-faced. She will use people and walk away. I am unsure what her motivation is but I think it is to sell herself as value. Beware....not what she seems.

She has her favorites to include the nursing director with the perpetual cup of starbucks in her hands. They must pay her more then me as I do not have hte time nor the money to constantly be sipping latte or mocha mocha or whatever.

patient care is going down the tubes and the coffee is being sipped.
