Is anything going to be done to protect the identity of DRMC employees who want to speak. I'd like to be a hero, but I'm terrified of speaking out and getting fired. Can you find out?

I heard there were cryptic threats made to Directors if their staff voiced facts at the hearings. Can anyone substanciate that?

Anonymous said...

Yes, but Only by being witness at the staff meetings.

Absolutely threats were made! My sister-in-law was present! Anyone from DRMC who shows up (except for the wussies) can say adios to their job after a few months. Never forget that this gang operates by intimidation and quiet threats.

A have an urgent question, since the so-called commission will not answer my emails. Will Doloresco and his people be at these meetings? This is an urgent matter. I don't think anyone outside of the hospital can imagine the fear these people have created. And with gas at almost $3, they have us trapped!!!!!!!

Dear Sir:

Is the hospital management going to be at the community meetings? Is anything being done to protect employees who might want to attend? I thought in the beginning, you were going to have private meetings with employees who are afraid of being fired for going to the meetings.

This is such NONSENSE........this is one DRMC manager that will be at all 3 meetings.

Well, there's quite a difference in being a manager and being one of the rest of us who probably suffer far more than you do--and have much more to fear.

Anonymous said...

Fear? I attend many many meetings and speak to man many staff members. I have not heard any threats both direct or indirect... who is threatening you?

gee it htought that was illegal?

Anonymous said...

So was the sale of the hospital.

Anonymous said...

The sale of the hospital was illegal? How so please...

Can't sell something that you don't own was ,publicly funded , and was a conflicted interest on many of the 5 horsemen of the DRMC apocolypse.

Anonymous said...

Funny the intpector general had to examine all aspects...he did not find issues.

I agree that those who organized this effort did benefit but the actual sale was not illegal and why would that be Lifepoint's fault?
